PLANT OPERATIONS MANAGER / HEAD BREWER

Formal brewery training with 5+ Years in Production Brewing and Packaging at a facility producing 30k + barrels annually. Strong computer skills including SAP and other related brewery software systems preferred. Extensive knowledge of OSHA and safety standards, governmental taxation and regulatory requirements, and operations management systems desired.
